Strategic Partnership Manager Strategic Partnership Manager (Full-Time | In-Office) Location: Ogden, Utah Department: Partner Relations Reports To: Head of Partner Relations Employment Type: Full-Time / Exempt Compensation Range: $70,000–$80,000 annually (DOE) About the Role Lowe Law Group is seeking a relationship-driven Strategic Partnership Manager to help strengthen and grow our network of referral law firms. This role serves as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of referral partners, ensuring attorneys and law firms receive exceptional communication, support, and service throughout the partnership. Working closely with the Head of Partner Relations, you'll help develop new opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and identify ways to increase referral activity and long-term partnership success. What You'll Own As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and strengthening Lowe Law Group's referral network. Key responsibilities include: Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned referral partner law firms Building trusted, long-term relationships through consistent communication and proactive engagement Supporting the onboarding and successful integration of new referral partners Maintaining regular communication to ensure partners remain informed, supported, and aligned with firm processes Monitoring referral activity, identifying trends, and recommending opportunities to strengthen partner engagement and referral consistency Gathering partner feedback and collaborating with internal teams to continually improve the referral experience Identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships and support the growth of the firm's referral network Coordinating with Legal Team, Operations, Accounting, and other departments to ensure a seamless referral experience Maintaining accurate records of partner communications, referral activity, and relationship development What We're Looking For This role is ideal for someone who brings: Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills Professional communication and executive presence The ability to build credibility and trust with attorneys and business leaders Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent follow-through and accountability Sound judgment and problem-solving ability A collaborative mindset with a passion for helping others succeed The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Education & Experience Experience in account management, business development, client success, legal services, professional services, or another relationship-focused environment Demonstrated success managing external client or partner relationships Experience working with law firms, attorneys, or referral-based business models is preferred Experience in personal injury law or professional services is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred What Success Looks Like Referral partners view Lowe Law Group as a trusted, responsive, and professional partner Strong relationships are maintained through consistent communication and proactive engagement Referral activity and partner satisfaction continue to grow across assigned relationships Partner questions and concerns are resolved promptly and professionally Cross-functional collaboration creates a seamless experience for referral partners and internal teams Opportunities to strengthen partnerships and improve the referral experience are consistently identified and implemented Physical & Work Requirements Primarily office-based position with frequent computer, phone, and virtual meeting use Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Occasional local and regional travel for partner meetings, networking events, and industry functions Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary ($70,000–$80,000 DOE) Long-term career growth opportunities Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Why Lowe Law Group?
