About the Opportunity

A leading technology organization focused on AI-powered consumer experiences and next-generation wearable devices is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to support a highly visible partnership within its AI Wearables business.

This externally facing role serves as the primary point of contact for a strategic partner relationship, driving collaboration across multiple organizations, influencing product strategy, and ensuring successful partnership outcomes. The position requires a seasoned partnership professional who can navigate complex business environments, align cross-functional stakeholders, and execute strategic initiatives that deliver measurable value for both organizations.

Job Overview

The Strategic Partner Manager will operate as the central coordinator across internal and external teams, leading partnership initiatives from strategic planning through execution. This individual will develop a deep understanding of partnership agreements, oversee implementation efforts, and help bring innovative AI-powered wearable products to market.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, Policy, Communications, Operations, and Marketing teams, the successful candidate will influence decision-making, drive alignment, and identify opportunities for long-term partnership growth.

The ideal candidate is highly strategic, proactive, structured, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key leaders at Wearables Partners and internally, effectively communicating strategic recommendations, influencing outcomes, and providing detailed updates.
  • Executive Communication & Leadership Meetings: Drive key leadership meetings and effectively communicate strategic recommendations and updates to leadership and stakeholders. Ensure strategic and cross-ecosystems view of key partners in preparation for executive meetings, escalations and deal negotiations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, strategic response, legal, policy, communications, marketing) to ensure preparation for any partner meetings or public engagements with background information, goals, and materials, and to ensure accurate representation of our strategy
  • Partnership Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage partnership strategies from deal development to product launches, focusing on growth and delivering results.
  • Problem-Solving & Strategic Analysis: Identify and analyze complex business problems, develop Client solutions, and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Risk Mitigation & Opportunity Identification: Mitigate risks, manage escalations to internal and external executives, and identify opportunities through mapping partner landscape, data analysis, and gaining a holistic partner perspective.
Must Have Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, partner management, product partnerships, product marketing, product management, consulting, or other partner-facing roles within the technology and consumer electronics industry.
  • Proven experience managing complex partnerships, commercial agreements, and strategic business relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Communications, and Policy organizations.
  • Experience driving new product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and strategic programs from planning through execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across large, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to prioritize competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and solve complex business challenges.
  • Experience managing executive escalations, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ability to interpret and work with contracts, partnership agreements, and legal frameworks in collaboration with legal teams.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience working within large technology companies and managing enterprise-scale strategic partnerships.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand emerging technologies, product roadmaps, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Experience negotiating, managing, and enforcing complex commercial agreements and partnership contracts.
