Initio Sphere is onboarding Strategic Investment Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.
This is not a traditional employment role. Scouts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Strategic Investment Scouts:
Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary deals
Work directly with investors, fund managers, and sponsors on live opportunities
Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close
Build a verified deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and networked professionals.
Approved Strategic Investment Scouts may:
Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
Provide high-level deal context (asset type, structure, economics, investment thesis)
Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Support early-stage diligence handoff to analysts (analysts handle modeling and underwriting)
Note: Scouts are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or raising capital.
Based on approval, Strategic Investment Scouts may submit opportunities across:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and special situations
Structured or opportunistic investments
Deal categories are approved based on experience and sourcing credibility.
Scouts earn success-based compensation only
Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal
Payments are issued after successful transaction close and fee collection
Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout role in the transaction
There are no caps for consistently high-quality deal flow

Complete verification and category approval
Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
Begin submitting qualified deals to the investor network
There is no cold applying to funds and no blind pitching. Approved deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.
Strategic Investment Scouts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Market investments to the general public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to deal introduction and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
Operators with visibility into real transactions
Brokers and intermediaries with proprietary deal flow
Advisors, consultants, or founders close to capital needs
Networked professionals who consistently hear about deals early
Monetize deal flow without building a fund
Earn on transactions without underwriting risk
Work directly with credible capital allocators
