Our platform is designed for professionals who want real exposure, verified credibility, and meaningful upside—not job boards, spreadsheets, or unpaid work.
Initio Sphere is onboarding Strategic Investment Scouts to identify, evaluate, and strategically source high-value investment opportunities for our network of investors and fund managers.
This is a certified contractor role, not employment. Scouts operate independently and are activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Strategic Investment Scouts will:
Identify and source off-market or proprietary investment opportunities
Strategically assess opportunity fit for Initio Sphere’s network of capital allocators
Introduce deals and provide structured investment context (asset, structure, economics, thesis)
Facilitate early-stage introductions between deal principals and investors
Support smooth handoff to analysts for detailed diligence and modeling
Build a verified track record of sourced and facilitated deals
Earn transaction-based compensation for successfully closed opportunities
This role is ideal for professionals with deep networks and strategic insight into capital deployment opportunities, including operators, brokers, advisors, intermediaries, and well-connected founders.
Approved Strategic Investment Scouts may:
Source and qualify proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
Provide structured, high-level context on opportunities (asset type, structure, economics, and thesis)
Coordinate initial meetings between deal principals and capital partners
Ensure seamless early-stage diligence handoff to analysts
Track and maintain a record of strategically sourced deals
Note: Scouts are not responsible for underwriting, modeling, or raising capital.
Based on approval, Strategic Investment Scouts may source or submit opportunities across:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and special situations
Structured or opportunistic investments
Deal categories are approved based on experience, sourcing credibility, and network reach.
Success-based compensation only
Typical earnings: $1,000–$10,000+ per closed deal
Paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout role
No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality, strategically sourced deal flow

Complete verification and category approval
Get activated on the Initio Sphere platform
Begin sourcing, curating, and submitting qualified deals to the network
No cold pitching or blind outreach: all deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.
Strategic Investment Scouts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Market investments to the public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to opportunity identification, strategic evaluation, and relationship facilitation, in full compliance with securities laws.
Operators with visibility into live transactions
Brokers and intermediaries with proprietary deal flow
Advisors, consultants, or founders close to capital needs
Networked professionals who consistently hear about high-value opportunities early
Monetize deal flow without building a fund
Earn on transactions without underwriting risk
Work directly with credible capital allocators
