Job Details

We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Finance Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations.

You’ll help drive decision-making across the business by owning forecasting, building financial models, supporting strategic initiatives, and partnering directly with leaders across Product, Sales, Operations, and Leadership.

This is not a “reporting-only” FP&A role, you’ll be expected to challenge assumptions, influence strategy, and help shape how the company scales.


What You’ll Do
  • Own and improve company-wide forecasting models (revenue, headcount, expense, and cash flow)
  • Build and maintain driver-based financial models for SaaS + marketplace-style healthcare workflows
  • Partner with GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Ops) on revenue planning and performance tracking
  • Support board and investor reporting, including KPI storytelling and variance analysis
  • Evaluate strategic initiatives (pricing, expansion, new products, operational efficiency)
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools (Excel, Looker, SQL preferred)
  • Translate complex data into clear insights for executive decision-making
  • scale financial infrastructure as the company grows

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance at a high-growth company
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
  • Comfort working with large datasets and tools like SQL / Tableau
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare tech, fintech, or other subscription-based businesses strongly preferred
