Initio Sphere is onboarding Strategic Deal Scouts to identify, evaluate, and introduce high-potential investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.
This is not an employment role. Strategic Deal Scouts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Strategic Deal Scouts:
Source and submit off-market, proprietary, or high-value deals
Work directly with fund managers, sponsors, and investors on live opportunities
Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close
Build a verified track record and credibility within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for professionals with access to unique or strategic deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and well-networked professionals.
Approved Strategic Deal Scouts may:
Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
Strategically assess and introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
Provide high-level deal context (asset type, structure, economics, thesis, strategic value)
Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Support early-stage diligence handoff to Initio Sphere analysts
Track deal engagement and contribute to platform intelligence
Note: Scouts are not responsible for underwriting, modeling, or capital raising.
Based on approval, Strategic Deal Scouts may submit opportunities across:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and special situations
Structured or opportunistic investments
Deal categories are approved based on experience, sourcing credibility, and strategic value.
Scouts earn success-based compensation only
Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal
Compensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout role
No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality, strategic deal flow

Get activated on the Initio Sphere platform
Begin submitting qualified deals through curated, platform-driven channels
No cold applying. No blind pitching. Approved deals are introduced through compliance-verified channels.
Strategic Deal Scouts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Market investments to the general public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to deal introduction, strategic assessment, and relationship facilitation, fully compliant with applicable securities laws.
Operators with access to off-market or proprietary transactions
Brokers and intermediaries with strategic deal flow
Advisors, consultants, or founders close to capital needs
Networked professionals who consistently see high-value opportunities early
Monetize strategic deal flow without building a fund
Earn on transactions without underwriting risk
Work directly with credible capital allocators
Build long-term signal, trust, and deal history
