Positioned at the crossroads of market intelligence, supplier strategy, and business transformation, you'll manage a high-impact product portfolio that supports Syensqo's commitment to sustainable growth within our Aroma Performance business.

You will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Chemistry, or Economics; MBA is a plus
3+ years of strategic procurement experience, preferably in the chemicals or manufacturing sector
Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across stakeholders
Fluency in ERP systems (ideally SAP) and procurement best practices
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market signals to support smart, strategic decision-making

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $95,000.00 to $119,000.00 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
