They play a critical role in supporting daily operations ensuring execution of Fossils brand standards and helping foster an engaging environment where people and performance thrive.Assistant Store Managers act as role models on the sales floor coaching team members delivering training and ensuring that brand initiatives and operational standards are consistently met.
