What You'll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you'll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You'll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

  • Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
  • Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
  • Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
  • Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
  • Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly
  • Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
  • Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

This is a hands-on role where you'll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred)
  • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows
  • Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible)
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
