WORK LOCATION DETAILS

Work Location: Home Office - Coppell, TX

Work Schedule: Hybrid

  • Onsite: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays

JOB SUMMARY

This role will collaborate to develop in-store fixtures across key operations, merchandising and marketing initiatives. This role balances strategic direction and oversight with direct development and implementation of fixtures & supply inventory management on behalf of the stores.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage the receipt, processing, fulfillment, and documentation of store and home office fixture requests.

  • Maintain and update all fixture inventory on the E-Procurement platform.

  • Coordinate deliveries and shipments between stores and distribution centers to ensure timely execution.

  • Process shipping and receiving documentation across multiple platforms with accuracy.

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment in the fixture warehouse.

  • Monitor and manage an accurate, detailed inventory of fixtures and new store operations equipment.

  • Collaborate with store team leaders to audit and validate fixture and supply requests.

  • Facilitate the ordering of fixtures and supplies for both new and existing stores as needed.

  • Strategize, coordinate, and oversee the execution of high-level third-party projects.

  • Lead and manage fixture repair and maintenance initiatives across the store fleet.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and implement company merchandising strategies.

  • Organize and lead in-store tests and merchandising initiatives as required.

  • Conduct new store site surveys to ensure installation accuracy and compliance.

  • Process and manage invoices for multiple vendor partners across the organization.

  • Execute additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and implement effective solutions.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, coupled with demonstrated leadership capabilities.

  • Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Highly versatile, excelling both independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexible and self-motivated to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
