Description
Michigan's premier home furnishings retailer has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Store Office -Customer Service. The position provides customer service and clerical support for the store. Assist customers in resolving their questions, concerns, and issues on purchases.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist customers in resolving their questions, concerns, and issues on purchases.
Answer incoming telephone calls; direct callers to the appropriate person.
Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Process customer invoices and payments on purchases.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Responding to customer inquiries promptly.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Balance cash drawer daily at the end of the shift.

Applicants will be required to undergo a background screening, a pre-employment physical, and a drug screen.
Requirements:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-A minimum of one (1) year of customer service or related retail sales experience
Working some evenings, weekends, and holidays. The store is closed on Wednesday.
Work Days and Hours:
Saturday 10 am - 6 pm
Sunday 12 pm- 5pm
Monday 10 am- 6 pm
-Training is provided and 401K contribution is offered.
