What You'll Do
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, work orders, customer service, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cash handling
- Drive team performance to meet KPIs and company goals, ensuring compliance and quality
- Ensure technicians are certified and performing quality work through training and coaching
- Maintain vehicle/equipment upkeep and collaborate on marketing displays
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and warranty issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5-7 years supervisory experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- 3+ years leadership experience with performance incentives
- 3-5 years retail or service center experience; automotive preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web applications
- Strong communication, influence, and engagement skills
- Ability to work outside in varying weather, lift up to 35 lbs, and remain on your feet
