What You'll Do

  • Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, work orders, customer service, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cash handling
  • Drive team performance to meet KPIs and company goals, ensuring compliance and quality
  • Ensure technicians are certified and performing quality work through training and coaching
  • Maintain vehicle/equipment upkeep and collaborate on marketing displays
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and warranty issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5-7 years supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license
  • 3+ years leadership experience with performance incentives
  • 3-5 years retail or service center experience; automotive preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web applications
  • Strong communication, influence, and engagement skills
  • Ability to work outside in varying weather, lift up to 35 lbs, and remain on your feet
