The Store Manager oversees all store operations and team management to drive profitability and provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Manage daily store activities, including team hiring, training, performance, and scheduling
- Drive sales and monitor P&L, inventory, and sales trends
- Implement strategies to increase sales and control expenses
- Create a process-oriented environment and communicate company goals
- Foster a people-first culture focused on superior guest service
- Set clear performance expectations and manage team results for continuous improvement
- Ensure effective scheduling to meet guest demand while maintaining labor controls
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications include at least 1 year of retail management, a valid driver’s license, flexibility in hours (including evenings, weekends, holidays), and availability to work at least 50 hours per week and be on call. A high school diploma or GED is required.
