Store Manager

The Manager Trainee role focuses on learning and developing the skills needed to become a Store Manager, with responsibilities including delivering exceptional customer service, building a strong team, driving sales, managing inventory, controlling expenses, and reducing shrinkage.

• Key duties involve recruiting, hiring, evaluating, and developing team members, ensuring a welcoming environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
  
• Leading daily store operations, communicating policies, and fostering a positive work culture through recognition and empowerment.
  
• Learning sales, profit management, inventory control, merchandise presentation, and handling paperwork such as invoices and sales reports.
