We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is results-driven, sales-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead team growth and development through effective training, coaching, and performance management
Create and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels while controlling labor costs
Oversee labor management, including monitoring hours, optimizing productivity, and maintaining budget targets
Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control
Monitor and control cost of goods sold (COGs) and labor to maintain profitability
Handle and oversee all in-store cash management processes
Ensure store conditions consistently meet company, franchise, and regulatory standards, including THD and OSHA compliance
Support daily operations and maintain high standards of customer service
Work Schedule:
Minimum of 40 hours per week in-store
Approximately 30–35 hours dedicated to assisting with daily operations
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proven ability to manage schedules and control labor costs effectively
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve performance goals
Excellent organizational and operational management abilities
Commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and positive work environment
ServSafe Manager Certification required (must be obtained within 45 days of hire)
