Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 - $20.50, depending on qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire store operation to maximize sales and profitability by maintaining excellent Guest Services and controlling expenses.
Key duties include managing shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal store.
The position requires candidates to be at least 21 years old, have a flexible schedule, and be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Prior retail management experience is required.
