Hourly rate ranges from $18.98 to $19.23, depending on qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, overseeing store operations to maximize sales and profitability by managing expenses, shrinkage, human resources, merchandising, and inventory control, following company policies. The minimum age is 21. The role requires over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
