We are seeking a high-energy retail leader for a Managers In Training role, supporting store operations and guest experiences.

  • Receive structured training alongside managers, gaining skills in team development, merchandising, and food safety.
  • Assist with hiring, coaching, and scheduling team members to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Monitor product levels, maintain cleanliness, and oversee food quality where applicable.
  • Operate cash registers and support store safety and appearance standards.
  • Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1+ year retail or food service experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Food safety certification is a plus.
