Store Manager (Smoothie and Açaí Café)

At REVES, we're more than a smoothie & açaí café. We're building a brand that people genuinely love, and one rooted in exceptional hospitality, beautiful spaces, incredible products, and a team that enjoys coming to work every day.

After the success of our first location, we're opening our second store, and we're looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead it. This isn't a job where you'll inherit a struggling operation. It's an opportunity to build something from the ground up alongside the owner and shape the culture of a brand that's just getting started.

What you'll do:

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day success of the store, including:

• Leading and developing a team
• Hiring, coaching, and training employees
• Creating schedules and managing labor
• Maintaining exceptional food quality and cleanliness
• Managing inventory and ordering
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Ensuring every shift reflects the REVES standard

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, food service, or retail
• Proven ability to coach and motivate teams
• Highly organized and dependable
• Comfortable making decisions independently
• Positive attitude with high standards
• Weekend availability
