We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations at a branch in Rohnert Park, CA.
- Manage service and operational goals, lead team development, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategic vision, drive operational excellence, and optimize expenses while maintaining high service standards.
- Build strong internal and external partnerships to differentiate the branch in the marketplace.
- Create a positive, engaged work environment through effective talent management, coaching, and communication.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and proper maintenance of the branch facilities.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1+ years of leadership experience, strong project management skills, and excellent communication.
Compensation ranges from $72,300 to $120,500 with benefits, incentives, and growth opportunities.
