About the TeamThe Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the Store Manager, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, product while taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the exciting opportunity to spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive sales. As the Store Manager, you will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.Key ResponsibilitiesEmbrace the store culture and serve as a brand ambassador.Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.Surpass commercial targets and KPIs, setting new records and achieving remarkable success.Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability and providing real‑time feedback and guidance.Build loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.Recruit the best talent into Pandora, including Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.Utilize brilliance across talent, brand, operations, and fan experience to guarantee timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.All other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsDemonstrated results‑oriented leadership with 3‑5 years of Store Manager experience in a high‑performance retail environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.Talent magnet skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams; experience in succession planning and internal mobility.Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems.Minimum age 18 years, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.Benefits & CompensationCompetitive base salary ranging from $66,000 to $82,000, commensurate with experience.Bonuses and 401(k) plan.Medical, Dental, Vision, Short/Long‑Term Disability, Basic Life, AD&D, anniversary gift cards, and product discounts.Learning and development programs, continuous feedback, LinkedIn Learning, tuition reimbursement.Paid time off including vacation, personal, sick, birthday, celebration days, and holidays.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
