You will adhere to market-specific legal requirements, company policies, risk, and compliance structures. You are expected to have a full overview of your store and lead your team to ensure efficient workflows, great guest experiences, and high-quality products. Your success depends on leading, developing, and retaining a highly engaged team and delivering best-in-class guest experiences that turn regular customers into returning guests.
