A growing contemporary fashion brand is seeking an experienced and inspiring Retail Store Manager to lead its new flagship boutique location. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong people leader who is passionate about elevated client experiences, team development, and driving business within a highly curated retail environment. REQUIREMENTS

5–10 years of retail management experience within luxury, designer, or contemporary fashion
Strong clienteling background with a proven ability to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
Experience leading boutique or high-touch retail environments preferred
Demonstrated success driving sales performance and exceeding business goals
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with CRM platforms and customer outreach strategies
