KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Sales & Client Engagement
Lead from the front as the top sales driver and role model for clienteling excellence
Build a client-first culture focused on relationship building, repeat business, and outreach
Analyze sales performance and take immediate action to drive results and exceed targets
Network within the local market to drive store traffic, brand awareness, and client acquisition
Develop a High-Performance Selling Team
Recruit, train, and develop a team focused on selling behaviors and customer connection
Coach in real-time on the sales floor to elevate conversion, units per transaction, and client experience
Create accountability through clear expectations, feedback, and performance management
Foster a competitive, energetic environment centered on winning as a team
Lead Operations with a Sales Mindset
Ensure operational excellence supports the selling environment and client experience
Partner with Assistant Manager on visual presentation to maximize product storytelling and sales
Maintain strong inventory awareness and communicate trends impacting business performance
Manage budgets, payroll, and expenses with a focus on profitability and growth
Champion Brand & Culture
Lead through UNTUCKit’s core values while building an engaged, motivated, and client-focused team
Promote continuous development through coaching, feedback, and partnership with leadership
Adapt quickly to business needs while maintaining focus on sales priorities
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a retail manager with a strong sales track record
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through team performance and client engagement
Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of business acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and act on it
Experience with multi-channel POS systems and retail technology
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work a full-time retail schedule (including weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Comfortable working independently when needed
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or related field preferred
