Position Overview: The Store Manager leads daily operations by creating a positive team environment, hiring and training staff, and delivering excellent customer service. They ensure efficient store performance, manage administrative tasks like reporting and scheduling, and uphold safety and health standards. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, monitoring cash procedures, community engagement, and ensuring a great guest experience.
