Responsibilities

Lead and develop team members through coaching, accountability, and consistent communication
Create a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
Maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, guest service, and operational execution
Lead shifts with urgency, organization, and attention to detail
Ensure systems, procedures, and checklists are consistently followed
Oversee inventory, food ordering, labor management, and daily operations
Hold team members accountable while treating them with professionalism and respect
Support and develop employees to help them grow personally and professionally
Lead by example through attitude, work ethic, and servant leadership

Qualifications

Previous leadership or restaurant management experience required
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
Able to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
Comfortable coaching employees and addressing performance issues directly and respectfully
Manager Food Safety Certification required
Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties as needed
