Our team is seeking an awesome General Manager to step into a successful location that is 2 years-old, with excellent revenue-building skills (you can sell!), comfortable and love to lead a team, intuitively understand the retail environment, membership sales, autopay, add-on's, how to use marketing and in-store events to drive revenue.This is a busy location and the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced and flexible environment. We help people from all walks of life feel better and perform at a higher level so they can do more of what they love in life.Key Roles Assist customers with their wellness issues related to sports performance, recovery, pain management, and general healthFocus and concentration on revenue, membership and salesEducate customers about Restore's services and the health benefits they offerDeliver a superior customer experienceMaintain, lead and coach a team of qualified wellness professionalsRepresent the Restore brand and our mission to bring Hyper Wellness to as many people as possibleIdentify and grow current KPI'sMeet the community's local recreational and top athletes and fitness enthusiasts at local events and generate interest in Restore's wellness servicesParticipate in local health and fitness eventsEngage in both word-of-mouth and social media marketingManage social pagesManage lead generation and first time visitors to convert them into membersKeep staff up-to-date on current promotions, upcoming events, and store updatesCommunicate and maintain relationships with corporate staff and other managers in the networkRequired Skills/Knowledge/Experience An affinity for sales. You need to enjoy the sales process and have a track recordClient engagement. Know how to build and close salesEvent planningUnderstand and be good at guest recovery, customer serviceDesire to make people feel better and pursue wellnessPassion for fitness and athletic achievementExceptional verbal and written communication skills.
