Store Manager

Manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and service standards.Oversee store opening and closing, employee scheduling, inventory management, and daily operational execution.Lead, train, coach, and develop store team members to achieve operational and sales goals.Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and other key performance metrics to improve store performance.Execute company marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.Handle customer concerns and resolve day-to-day operational issues in a timely manner.Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient store environment.High school diploma or above; Bachelor's degree is a plus.Minimum 2 years of Store Manager experience in restaurant, tea beverage, coffee, retail, or hospitality.Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and solve operational challenges independently.Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
