We deliver personalized service and create custom products that celebrate individuality.Position: Store Manager (Full Time), reports to Director of Stores.What We OfferCompetitive payPaid time off and holidaysFantastic employee discountOpportunities for career growth and developmentA fun and supportive work environmentResponsibilitiesProvide a unique and entertaining guest experience from beginning to end, including confirming reservations, welcoming guests, hosting events, and ensuring timely communication.Work closely with the District Manager to build the business and maximize store sales potential.Cascade business opportunities and sales trends to store staff.Act as a Color Expert when needed, guiding guests with expertise and creativity.Create a strong, positive, and energetic environment for the team through feedback, coaching, and reinforcement of Lip Lab values and standards.Recruit, train, and motivate new hires to adopt the Lip Lab way.Provide consistent on-the-spot coaching and feedback to team members.Ensure manufacturing, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.Create weekly schedules that align with payroll budget and targets.Order stock and supplies while optimizing expenses.Qualifications3+ years of leadership and team building experience.Strong leadership examples and a can‑do attitude.Excellent guest service orientation and ability to create an upbeat atmosphere.Clear understanding of sales targets and business growth.Experience recruiting, building, and managing a strong team.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Docs, and payroll systems.Strong multitasking and time‑management skills; ability to deliver guest experience.Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.Willingness to travel for company events, meetings, and trainings.Open availability (weekends and holidays required).Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, squat, and reach overhead and below shoulder level.SalarySalary range: $68,000 - $75,000 per year, based on store location and experience.We are an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
