Purpose The Store Manager is responsible for creating an excellent shopping experience for all customers, driving sales growth & profitability, and establishing an engaging work environment for all team members. The Store Manager leads an assigned retail store, ensuring and maintaining store operational standards, key performance metrics, and targets set forth by the company. The Store Manager provides leadership to the full store team, resulting in excellent daily store conditions, a positive work environment, in a manner that maximizes sales & profitability and provides an excellent, unique, and satisfying shopping experience for customers and employees. The Store Manager is directly responsible for recruitment, selection, training, motivation, coaching, and developing their store team members to ensure we retain the best store teams and deliver best-in-class store operations. The Store Manager ensures all store team members comply with all company policies and procedures along with all City, State, and Federal requirements.
