Our vision is to build an enduring, iconic brand that breaks down barriers and inspires greater passion and participation in the sport we love.The Store Manager will oversee retail store operations in LA, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and optimal store performance. This includes leading and developing the retail team, managing daily store operations, upholding brand standards, and achieving sales targets. This role will collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to align store activities, events, and pop-ups with company initiatives.Primary ResponsibilitiesStore Team Management:Manage schedules to ensure optimal staffing at retail stores for daily operations and special eventsOversee payroll processingHire and onboard retail employeesTeam Training & Education:Develop & implement training programs for operations team members, covering product knowledge, operational procedures, & customer service skillsConduct on-the-ground training at retail & pop-up stores to ensure alignment with company protocolsEnforce adherence to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent operationsRetail Operations:Support the day-to-day operations of Bandit's Silver Lake retail store in LAManage product receiving and maintain organized back-of-house storageCoordinate monthly inventory counts and support broader operations projectsManage store supplies to ensure a consistent stock of necessary materialsOwn and report on key store performance metrics and customer feedbackLead preparation and execution of product drops and launchesDrive floor presentation and merchandising to Bandit brand standardsSupport setup, execution, and breakdown of pop-up stores, activations & community eventsYOU HAVE2-4 years of retail store manager experienceHigh attention to detail with an unwavering customer-first attitudeOwnership mentality & operate as a strategic thinker while rolling up your sleevesA hunger for continuous process improvement that drives business impactFortitude to make quick decisions through ambiguity & constant evolutionBONUSExperience in specialty run or apparel stores.Start-up experienceExperience using Shopify POS and adminA connection to the sport of runningAbout The RoleThis is a full-time role based primarily in Bandit retail locations in LA. Weekend availability is a mustThis position reports to the Head of OperationsPay range $75,000-$80,000.
