Summary:
supervises store operations, ensures policies are followed, and achieves sales goals. Responsible for scheduling, hiring, training, maintaining store appearance, managing inventory, and customer service. Oversees sales processes, manages staff performance, handles financial reconciliations, and ensures compliance with policies. Also manages vendor relations, licensing, and safety procedures.
Skills include leadership, sales, communication, customer service, multitasking, organization, and problem-solving.
Supervisory responsibilities involve overseeing all sales and operations. Qualifications require the ability to perform essential duties, with accommodations available for disabilities.
Additional duties include generating leads, operating equipment (certified), and performing other assigned tasks.
