Store Manager in Training

Car Concepts is hiring a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to develop future leaders for our growing automotive service locations across the DFW metro area. This role provides hands-on training in store operations, leadership, customer experience, and financial performance under the guidance of experienced Store Managers and Market Leaders.

What You’ll Do

·       Train across all areas of store operations (sales, service, inventory, scheduling, and administration)

·       Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with our “Unreasonable Hospitality” philosophy

·       Learn to manage key performance metrics, labor, and store-level financials

·       Support hiring, training, and coaching of store team members

·       Build strong relationships with customers, fleets, and local business accounts

·       Ensure safety, compliance, and inventory accuracy

·       Prepare to step into a Store Manager role

What We’re Looking For

·       Automotive retail, tire, quick service, or customer-focused management experience preferred

·       Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

·       Results-driven with a passion for team development and customer experience

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
