Seeking an experienced retail leader to manage all aspects of a high-volume store as a Store Manager.
- Lead and develop a team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Associates to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and staffing while managing multi-million-dollar sales and budgets.
- Partner with team members on merchandise placement, promotions, and inventory management.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and coach staff, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
- Handle personnel issues, scheduling, payroll, and communicate effectively across teams.
- Must have 5+ years retail management experience, flexibility to work varied hours, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
