Store Manager I

We seek a results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service in a retail flooring environment.

• Manage store functions including sales, warehouse, merchandising, and subcontractors.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of 2-10 employees, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee cash handling, payments, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain product knowledge, support employee development, and proactively address issues.
• Collaborate with management to optimize store performance within budget.
• Ensure safety, protect assets, and uphold operational standards.

  Required skills include strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with retail management and flooring experience preferred.
  
  

• Minimum high school diploma, 3+ years retail sales, and supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to operate a forklift.
• Preferred: experience with Roll Master, flooring measurement, and home improvement retail sectors.
