We are seeking high energy, positive, friendly and self motivated individuals to work with us to help manage our teams. We work a 5 day 45 hour average week with additional shifts being pro-rated based on your salary. We have a real bonus plan based on sales increases and Profit After Controllable Expenses.
Some Responsibilities
Lead by example
Interview potential employees
Train and supervise team members
Manage as a team
Fulfill duties associated with your area of responsibility including inventory and weekly meetings
Listen to and resolve team and guest concerns and or complaints
Receive and place orders
Maximize profitability and productivity
Motivating staff to provide a great guest experience
Ensure sanitation and safety compliance
