The Store Manager (SM) oversees the entire store operation, leading the management team to meet organizational, store, and profit goals. They ensure an excellent customer experience aligned with the "Fast, Fresh & Friendly" vision, and maintain brand standards and profitability.
- Supervise daily tasks and performance of management and associates.
- Ensure a positive shopping environment, handle customer inquiries, and gather feedback to meet expectations.
- Manage recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and performance of associates.
- Implement safety, security, quality, and operational policies.
- Analyze results, develop action plans, and execute strategies for growth.
- Plan work schedules and coordinate daily activities.
- Ensure store profitability and long-term success.
Minimum requirements include leadership experience in a retail or similar environment, a bachelor's degree preferred, flexibility in working hours, and proficiency with store systems. The role involves working in a retail environment with standing, bending, lifting, and occasional exposure to adverse conditions.
