Key responsibilities include motivating the team, controlling COGS and labor, overseeing store cleanliness, executing marketing initiatives, and ensuring policy compliance. Candidates should have management experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for coffee. Physical stamina and retail or food service experience are preferred.
