Job Summary
We’re seeking a hands-on manager with 2–3 years of leadership experience in the dry-cleaning industry who can oversee store operations, manage staff, and deliver excellent customer service. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred

Responsibilities 
  • Oversee daily store operations and workflow
  • Manage, train, and schedule team members
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
  • Monitor production timelines and maintain quality standards
  • Handle cash management, reporting, and basic administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of management or supervisory experience in dry cleaning
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with POS systems and basic computer tasks
