Store Manager - Full Time

Jungle Boys is searching for a Store Manager, who lovesto lead and drive performance in a high-velocity business. Someone who takes pride in supporting Jungle Boys Brand and provides the best medical cannabis experience to all Florida patients. The Store Manager will be responsible for the store's overall financial and human development performance. While overseeing daily operations and executing company directives, this leader will be expected to grow and advance a team of passionate cannabis advocates while communicating any objectives, obstacles, or tools needed to further the companys mission to the Director of Retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a positive team culture and patient experience; maintain the brand standards in all actions
• Own the daily store operations, including inventory, product placement, and compliance-related tasks; delegate to assistant managers and keyholders to complete tasks
• Partner with HR for recruiting activities, such as screening candidates and holding interviews for new team members
• Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts for cannabis products in the facility; report discrepancies as required by the business to leadership

• Maintain inventory reports and dispensation records in compliance with state laws and regulations
• Receive and assume responsibility for incoming/outgoing product shipments as the business requires

• Onboard and train new team members with the partnership of HR and assistant manager
• Promote brand and compliance awareness with the team through product launches, new regulations, and patient allotment requirements
• Own team scheduling and timekeeping for the facility; partner with leadership for budgets, SPAH, and hours requirements
• Responsible manager-on-duty as assigned; performs all opening, closing, and mid-day tasks, including inventory functions and cash handling
• Address patient and team member questions or concerns and escalate issues to HR and Leadership as appropriate
• Own the Jungle Boys service model, your store sales, and operational efficiencies
• Ensure accurate timekeeping, break compliance, and adherence to all workplace policies and procedures

• Must promote an environment of compliance with all documented security procedures and safeguarding inventory against diversion
• Maintain strict privacy and HIPPA policy requirements during patient interactions

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred, but less formal education with more on-the-job experience may be substituted
• Minimum of 5 to7 years of high-volume cannabis, retail, or hospitality experience to include:
• • Acquisition, Coaching, Training, and Development of employees
  • Strong operation skills and comprehension of significant cash handling
  • Inventory Management to include buying, merchandising, logistics, and investigation tasks
  • Servant leadership mindset
• Comprehension of Florida Cannabis Regulations and Allotment compliance is a plus
• Open availability including holidays, evenings, and weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite, POS, and inventory management software
• Around 5% travel required as necessary
