ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Oversee store, lead and support small teams
Drive sales and profitability
Create a safe and positive work environment through employee engagement
Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards
Demonstrate a high degree of business sense
Manage branch appearance and maintenance
Ensures branch is adequately staffed
· Holds team accountable to steps of service to deliver great internal and external customer service
· Ensures team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobs
Provides problem/issue resolution for customers and other personnel to ensure optimal positive customer experience
Observes and complies with MTC policies and promptly reports unsafe conditions to management; promotes safety among peers.
Control showroom and contractor expenses while maintaining positive profit margins
Conducts performance evaluations for direct reports (after 90-days and annually)
Partners with HR and Operations Manager when addressing employee relations issues
Meets budget sales figures and maintain budgeted gross profit
Collaborates effectively with others for the success of the location; promotes a free flow of information & ideas across departments. Ensures all customers, internal and external, are kept informed of issues
Exhibits a positive and professional attitude. Promotes superior internal/external customer service
QUALIFICATIONS:
5 years’ Management experience in retail/sales
Proficient in software; Microsoft, Word, Excel, etc
Proven ability to build and manage a team
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task
Professional and positive attitude
Able to delegate and hold team accountable
Able to work well in conjunction with other departments
Great people skills in relation to customer service
