As a member of our management team, your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leading with Heart: Inspire and motivate a diverse team of 50 - 65 crew members, fostering a positive, inclusive culture that reflects Culver's core values.
Driving Operational Excellence: Lead successful shifts overseeing daily operations, including food preparation, guest service, inventory management, and financial performance, ensuring we meet Culver's high standards
Delivering Wow-Worthy Experiences: Ensure every guest leaves with a smile by maintaining our signature hospitality and quality in every ButterBurger and Frozen Custard we serve.
Building Community Connections: Strengthen ties with the local community through events, partnerships, and outstanding service that makes our restaurant a neighborhood staple.
Developing Talent: Recruit, train, and mentor team members, in each step of their journey helping them grow into future leaders within the Culver's family.

Proven Leadership: 3+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally in quick-service or casual dining, with a track record of driving sales and guest experiences through team performance.
Guest-First Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable moments for every guest.
Team-Building Skills: Ability to coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace.
