This position manages the day-to-day operations and maintains the highest levels of retail standards at all times. The Store Manager is accountable for implementing new concepts, ensuring compliance of legal requirements, effective utilization of resources to maximize sales and profit, and meeting or exceeding company financials and operating goals.The Store Manager provides leadership and motivation within the store to promote a culture reflective of Food Maxx's mission statement and winning behaviors.
