    Are you ready to lead a high-performing team in flooring sales and installation services? Lumber Liquidators is looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.

    What You'll Do:

    • Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, inventory control, order processing, and HR functions

    • Coach, develop, and lead your team to achieve sales goals and operational excellence

    • Resolve customer issues while ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming store

    • Maintain store appearance and compliance with company policies

    • Generate operational reports and monitor profitability and performance metrics

    What We're Looking For:

    • 5+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience

    • 1-3 years of direct sales managerial experience, including team development and leadership

    • Retail environment experience with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

    • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

    • Proactive, hands-on approach: willing to assist team members and step in where needed
