Position Overview:
We are seeking a StoreManager with strong hospitalityand customer service skills to lead our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on creating a positive customer experience both in person and over the phone, while also managing the daily operations of the store. This role requires balancing operational excellence with hands-on leadership and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding service.
Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting customers, listening to their needs, and ensuring clear communication about services.
Manage phone inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset.

Basic computer skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
Valid driver's license required.
