This includes ensuring everyteammemberis engaged and achieving key results while delivering a world-class guest experience. You will manage store operations such as scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, financial reporting, and safety.In addition to operational management, you will lead, develop, and motivate your team,implementingstrategies to drive sales and meet business goals in a competitive marketplace.
