The role requires flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum 46-hour workweek.
Qualifications include at least one year of retail management experience, strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and travel as needed. Physical stamina and reliable transportation are required.
