The Store Manager will lead the team while embodying the ZIMMERMANN brand: bringing optimism, creativity, and sophistication in everything they do, inspiring the team by leading by example to create a collaborative and motivating environment that fosters a shared brand vision.Job ResponsibilitiesConsistently provide strong leadership, leading by example and presenting as a role model for all team members.Maximise sales by striving to be the best at providing excellence in client service, visual presentation and creating a memorable brand experience.Ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge and product knowledge.Promote an enjoyable and collaborative working environment that fosters passion, focus and discipline.Drive the recruitment process in line with Zimmermann's diversity and inclusion vision.Successfully lead and develop a high‑performing team that achieves individual and team sales results, builds strong morale and a positive workplace attitude.Identify the succession plan required to develop strong career paths for all team members in collaboration with the line manager.Provide consistent feedback for the team's development and training and follow company guidelines when team member performance does not meet expectations.Ensure a consistent high standard of visual presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directive.Oversee store operations including stockroom management and lead the stock coordinators through the stocktake in accordance with Zimmermann policy and procedure.Promote and uphold the non‑negotiable standards of the work health and safety policies and procedures.Effectively manage store rostering including timesheet management and roster creation.What you will bring to our teamProven experience in a similar leadership role.Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.Passion for the brand and fashion retail industry.Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with team members and clientele.Desire for a long‑term and fulfilling career journey.Job BenefitsAccess to tailored development plans and learning opportunities.Generous employee benefits and product discounts.Clear pathways for career progression within a global organisation.A collaborative, high‑performing, and inclusive team culture.Next Steps and EEO StatementIf you're ready to take the next step in your career and would like to contribute to ZIMMERMANN's continued success, we'd love to hear from you.
