We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service at our locations in the Rio Grande Valley.
- Manage store and warehouse activities, lead staff, and oversee inventory and purchasing.
- Build vendor and contractor relationships, maintain a professional showroom, and meet sales goals.
- Qualifications include 3+ years in management within the plumbing, electrical, or construction supply industry, strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
