Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant, including hiring, training, and developing team members, ensuring safety and sanitation standards, and executing effective ordering and scheduling to meet business needs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Hires, trains, retains, and develops team members. • Works on the floor with the team 75% of the time, with 25% of the time spent on office work. • Ensures all employee training is completed. • Executes team service through effective role modeling, scheduling, cross training, and employee coaching. • Ensures the restaurant meets safety and sanitation standards, inside and outside the store. • Empowers the team to handle all Guest concerns calmly and with a sense of urgency. • Recognizes team members for demonstrating desired behavior and performance. • Maintains appropriate staffing levels to meet business needs and ensures all shifts are appropriately staffed. • Communicates Guest feedback and engages the team in action plans to resolve issues. • Treats all team members fairly and with respect. • Executes development plans for talented team members to grow their career. • Executes effective ordering as well as hiring and scheduling to meet weekly / monthly budgets per store. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills. • Exceptional organization and leadership skills. • Dependable and reliable.
